I searched the database mysel, but as I only have ssh-access and the mysql cli this is not an easy task.

Sometimes I use a custom field "product_xyz_counter" for the recipient and create a custom action:

- profile modification
- product_xyz_counter + 1

With this information I could create a new target group with all recipients with product_xyz_counter > 1

I have a newsletter with a link to the archive:

"if you want to read an online version yadayadayada..." -> http://server.tld/form.do?agnCI=1&agnFN=NewsletterFullViewForm&agnUID=xxx

which is working as expected.

If I click the link I see an online version of that newsletter, but the link is ...

I have just send a mailing with OpenEMM 5.0.3.
I have done this dozen of times and everything worked fine. Actually a very similar maling worked very well last week.

But now the mails have been produced but don't go away:

I don´t get it.
Just for testing purpuse I disabled smarthost and send the mailing directly from the host to two mail accounts.
One frow which I know it works and to one non existing account on my webserver to produce a hard bounce


In the semu logfile I see:
[10.07.2008 19:22:40] 9040 INFO ...

I have set up openemm and mailing works fine,
but I still don´t get a clou how to set up bounce management in my environment.

Maybe someone has a clou:
openemm on windows host @ company with a fixed ip (don´t want to run it on my webserver with plesk/qmail installed)
Webserver is configured to ...
