Hi ma,

It's been a while. I'm very thankful for all your help.

I've been searching for some time for this Hotmail Feedback Loop. I'll admit I didn't spend a huge amount of time, but I did spend some, and unfortunately the result is I'm not entirely sure how to implement the Hotmail Feedback Loop ...

Sounds very understandable, ma. From the reports I got, it looks like our e-mails are being deferred by Hotmail. Is there anything we can do on our end?

Or do we have to leave our fate in the hands of the receiving SMTP servers?

I have the same problem too last time, it's stopped at 10003 e-mails. I'm not too sure why. The first 10000 was sent in 15 minutes (reasonably quick), but then it gets stuck :(

I tried to diagnose the problem by issuing the following command:

tail -f /home/openemm/var/spool/log ...

By the way, did you set a limit on the amount of users it can handle now? Because when I tried to import more contacts to the database, on top of the 300K ...

ma's right, you usually assign all imported list into a mailing.

Given your situation right now, probably you would want to edit directly into the MySQL database. I believe the table's called "customer_1_binding_tbl", where you can bind customer_id (found in "customer_1_tbl") to a mailinglist_id ...

Thanks a lot for your reply. Hmm, I have about 300K clients in there at the moment, but why is it timing out then? Mmmm... What are the specs of the computer that you know to run 800K clients?

I'm sorry if I had not been very specific earlier, I had OpenEMM 5.5.0 on a Debian server. It has 512 MB RAM and it runs beautifully until I tried to do a large amount of mailing, which is what was required by the client (unfortunately - it's not my cup of tea either ^^).
