OpenEMM Support

I have abandoned Windows and I'm installing OpenEMM for Red Hat right now. Step 3 confuses me. It says, "edit the file 'etc/sysconfig/iptables' [...]. Add/modify the lines in the section '-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT'."

The problem is, iptables does not have a section called "-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT ...

I was doing a fresh install of OpenEMM 5.3.2 on Windows XP.
While running setup.bat, I received this message:

Database created, now setting up initial data, please enter again your database super user password:
Enter password: *******
ERROR 1064 (42000) at line 1 in file" 'USR_SHARE\openemm.sql ...

Problem resolved: after upgrading from ActivePython 2.4 to ActivePython 2.5, the error stopped appearing.

I'm using Windows XP and OpenEMM 5.3.1.
When I run start.bat, I get this error message, and the command prompt closes:

Starting up .. home is H:\OpenEMM .. found codebase .. found database.
CAUGHT EXCEPTION:

According to The documentation for OpenEMM's database tables, onepixel_log_tbl contains a row for every recipient that opened a mailing, so it should have all the data you require.

What a coincidence- I have the same problem! I uploaded 1000+ names, and can only view the first 20 pages. Looking at the data in MySQL, I see that all the records are there- I just can't get to the later ones using the web app.
