Could you insert the following line into openemm.py after line 135 ("if not i:")

( please pay attention to the indentation of "print...")
Then run it again.
A more detailed error message should be printed.

Hello Jim,

a mailing is sent each time you click on a link that triggers an action based mailing.
Could you look into your log-files? Are there any exceptions like:
"executeOperation: Mailing 273 to 1 failed"
where 273 is the mailing_id of your action based mailing?

We confirmed this bug. It only occurs when using mysql version 5.0 and higher. Since mysql 5.0 it is necessary to grant CREATE privilege in order to ALTER a table.

As a workaround you can grant the CREATE privilege to the "agnitas" user.
GRANT DELETE, INSERT, UPDATE, LOCK TABLES, SELECT, ALTER ...
