OpenEMM Support

I have installed and configured Open EMM succefully on my environment.
But when I trigger the bulk mailing emails were landing spam folder instead of inbox.
Why open emm bulk mails are landing to SPAM folder ?
Do we need any additional configuration or need to purchase anything Open EMM ?
