ok, i have fixed it so far...
was a rights problem with all files in /home/openemm/
I have set all directory and files to 775 and "chown"ed to openemm/openemm.
But now, running "http://myserver:8081" the following error occurs:
404 Not Found
javax.servlet.UnavailableException
at org.apache ...
