OpenEMM Support

I am receiving the following when error when inside of 'Content Manager':

An error occurred

Cause: org.apache.jasper.JasperException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: ServletException in 'cms/cmt/cms-cmt-list.jsp': An exception occurred processing JSP page /cms/cmt ...

I actually switched Tomcat to 6 (after having it set to 7) and it seemed to work fine.

I have been having issues accessing OpenEMM from browser when I have recently discovered this error messages in my catalina log:


/opt/openemm/apache-tomcat-7.0.42/bin/catalina.sh: line 387: /opt/openemm.org/software/java/bin/java: no such file or directory


The above should point to a folder ...

You definitively should read the OpenEMM Install & Admin Guide:

Just tested the download, worked like a charm.

After falling the installation guide everything seems to be working ...

Thanks for a reply. I still have no luck downloading it on my computer; however after your response I have downloaded it on an different device. I am not sure why my PC refuses to download the file. I appreciate the advice; I will go through the install guide.

I have followed a guide http://www.roothelp.net/install-openemm-on-centos-6-x/ to install OpenEMM on my server; however, even though the install appears to be successful with no errors coming back, but when I go to the domain in which I am hosting OpenEMM there is nothing there.
