OpenEMM Support

Hi!

The SOAP API seems to provide nearly everything one needs to integrate OpenEMM into existing infrastructures (that is really great!!!).

But I miss one thing: how do one receive a list of available mailinglists (with ids)?

At the moment one must hardcode the IDs of mailinglists in the program ...
