OpenEMM Support

I am currently working on a rather large OpenEMM project. The install process ran smoothly but OpenEMM now needs to be quite heavily customized.

For instance :
- each mailing should include mandatory header/footer with no way from the user to get rid of it
- each link inside a mailing ...
