openemm 6.2: cannot find throttle delivery speed parameters
I learned that in openemm 6.2, it is possible to throttle delivery speed in the "send mailing" page.
But I cannot find it anywhere, even using the admin account.
In the "send mailing" page, I cannot find any parameters. Only the three "send" links...
Could anybody please help?
