OpenEMM Support

Hi Team,

I am using OpenEMM for customer relationship, i have sent the text mail is no problem but i have sent html mail it take more time to store then mail.

what can i do for increase those performance.

Kindly reply yours suggestion ASAP.

I have installed OpenEMM 5.5.1 in Redhat system, if i have start OpenEmm.sh service , i am having Failed to setup database interface error,

[openemm@jive2 ~]$ OpenEMM.sh start

i have started the service start.bat for OpenEMM , it cannot started it occured error , the error is below
